Harvester’s

Our Harvester’s play a key part in our operations and are designed to perform multiple tasks in one go. They fall the trees, limb and cuts the logs to precise lengths as specified. This streamlined process reduces time the number of machines required. The Harvester’s ability to process trees efficiently helps us maintain a low impact on the forest while maintaining high productivity.

Forwarder

Once the trees are processed, our Forwarder steps in. The Forwarder Operator collects the processed logs off the mountainside and hauls them back to the landing area. The logs are then sorted into piles based on type and size.

Self-Loading Logging Trucks Operated by SD Sicotte Trucking

Finally, Self-Loading Logging Trucks are contracted to come to our landing and collect the logs. These trucks are equipped with powerful cranes that allow them to load the sorted logs independently, eliminating the need for a separate log loader. This efficient system streamlines operations, saving time and reducing labor requirements while maintaining the highest level of efficiency. Once the logs are loaded, these trucks haul them to their destination.
